Jurassic Park has allways been my favorite film. One of the reasons I pursued the arts in general. Ive allways wanted to do a tribute piece for it, so I decided to give it a shot. This isn't from any scene in particular, just wanted to have fun with the characters. These are the final pencils before I jump into the inks. I actually did a fair amount of studies and preliminary sketches to get it just the way I wanted. I might post those eventually.

Man that is awesome!!!! Dn't move or has that been discredited.....I sure hope not!!! Geesh!!! We as humans have not figured out if the Trex has just a little more abilities or patterns we dn't know about anyways Nice artwork!!!

Wow, what a terrific sketch! You did a terrific job capturing the characters' dispositions in one shot, and the shading on the Rex and foliage around them is quite impressive as well. My only suggestion is maybe softening Alan's features a little. While I can see this is a more cartoonish approach, he seems a little too...rough. Otherwise, this is a fantastic piece!

Wow, thank you so much for your kind words, really means a lot. I can see what you mean of the face too. I like to do carichatures, and I probably over did it with his face.
